36 Inch Width Transitional Callen Bathroom Vanity Without Top, Charcoal Gray

Vanity is okay - it's not the greatest quality and one of the pieces that keeps it level on the feet is broken so we're going to have to do some extra work to fix that and make it level on our floor. Overall it's fine and will fit our small bathroom. I ordered from Keats & Castle not because they were the lowest price I could find but because they said it would ship in a couple of days and I needed the vanity soon. I received an order confirmation but then after almost a week I still had no shipping confirmation. I tried multiple ways to reach someone - their online tracking said that my information was not in their system and gave me a phone number to call. I called the number and the customer service agent said he had never heard of Keats & Castle, couldn't find my information anywhere in the system, and couldn't help me at all. I went back to their website and found another phone number and waited for over 35 minutes in their automated hold system before giving up because it had said the average wait time was less than 10 minutes and it was clear no one was going to answer. I found a communication form on their site and filled it out and it sent a copy to my email saying someone would respond to me. No one responded. I went back to the website and found an "instant chat" option, and all that did was send me back to the email thing I had already filled out. I was able to find an email address for customer service and sent a separate email. Finally someone responded to that email and told me that my vanity was about to ship (by this point it was at least a week after they had said it would ship when I ordered it). I asked them for more information and they told me it had shipped with the shipping company Saia and they had no information for me. I contacted Saia directly and they said they had nothing in their records for me and no shipments on schedule to come to my area. I told this to the customer service girl with Keats and she said she would get back to me, then I didn't hear back from her timely and followed up again and she said oh it was actually shipped with Estes. I contacted Estes directly and finally received confirmation from them that they had my vanity and were arranging delivery to me. The entire time I was sure I was being defrauded and that they had taken my money with no plan to get me my product, and who knows, maybe if I hadn't pestered them so much it would be months before they got around to getting me the vanity. I will never order here again - it's not worth it.

I wanted to get away from a frameless mirror, and really like the archat the top. I'm very happy with them (I got two - one or each vanity) inmy bathroom. One came chipped on the top wood edge, but J Keats replaced it quickly. I only had to send in photos via email. to show thedamage.
