Incredible. And try Maniac Mansion Deluxe
Innovative and is probably single-handedly created the point and click sub-genre of adventure games (and therefor single-handedly ending my nightmares), but the game is a bit difficult to play today and there isn't much there of value to begin with. A lot of the game still revolves around waiting for actions to complete and managing jank.
The decision to have 3 characters that you can manage throughout the play through sounds great but really just ends up being cumbersome in a game where being cumbersome is already an issue.
All of these criticisms aside the game is still worth playing to a certain extent, though you will already have to have a high tolerance for early adventure gaming nonsense.
