Parisian actress Léa Seydoux is the latest star to join Louis Vuitton’s stylish group of brand ambassadors, which includes Alicia Vikander, Jennifer Connelly, Michelle Williams and Doona Bae. The news, announced via the luxury label’s Instagram on Friday, comes on the heels of Seydoux’s high-profile appearance as one of the three Bond girls in fall hit Spectre.
The brand’s reason for choosing Seydoux is simple and straightforward, saying that they consider her “a strong symbol of French elegance,” according to WWD.

As an ambassador, Seydoux will participate in the French fashion house’s major events and appear in their ad campaigns. The actress is no stranger to fronting campaigns for high-end brands, with past appearances for Prada, Miu Miu and Rag & Bone.
Get used to seeing Seydoux in Louis Vuitton creations on every red carpet for the foreseeable future. Based on fellow ambassador Vikander’s red-carpets home runs wearing the brand over the past year, we’re not complaining. Seydoux next appears in It’s Only the End of the World, directed by Xavier Dolan (the mastermind behind Adele’s video for “Hello”).

Seydoux’s first duty for the brand comes next week, as the guest of creative director Nicolas Ghesquière at the UNICEF Ball in Los Angeles.
