Innseiling og maritime forhold: Stor og godt beskyttet havn på Frøya.
Fortøying: Gamle brygger uten kryssholt, så vanskelig å fortøye for en soloseiler om det er litt vind. God plass på flere flytebrygger pluss noen plasser langs kaia på Knutholmen. Det er gode dybder med unntak av innsiden av den innerste flytebrygga på nordsiden av havna. Møt opp før kl 21 ellers må du gå sulten til køys.
Området: Bra spisested på Knutholmen. To steder med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Matbutikk på kaia. Fine turløyper i området.
