At the time it was reported that Katharine McPhee and her 47-year-old husband were actually separated and were "living apart" for months before the kissing photos surfaced, but she was "embarrassed" by the scandal.
But four months later, the singer and actress is reportedly working on her marriage with her estranged husband. The pair were spotted in LA walking their three dogs and chatting away like the good ol' times.
A source close to the 38-year-old star told Us Weekly. "Katharine and Nick are working on their marriage".
Katharine's naughty kissing partner, Michael Morris has also won back his wife, Mary McCormack. The pair have been married for over ten years, and they share three kids.
