Lunéville in three words? A monument: the château; A personality: Stanislas Leszczyński; An object: earthenware. All this is true, but that’s not all there is in Lunéville. Yes the « Versailles of Lorraine » is a gem; yes the local ceramic factories hit the very heights of virtuosity and splendour; yes the father-in-law of Louis XV has left an indelible mark on the town. But there are other things to discover here and there: the Place Léopold, the Maison du Marchand, Saint-Jacques Church…and rum-baba. So come and enjoy!
