A Vintage Mid Century 1950's 1960's Repousse Copper Wall Art, Copper Relief wall art , Embossed Copper wall art portrait of Confucius a Chinese Philosopher and Mystic in a reflective pose under a Bamboo Tree. A Vintage Copper relief repousse on a black back ground in its original frame. The embossed copper image is of an Asian Confucius Philosopher or other Mystic in his robes and hat standing under a bamboo staring out reflectively. This type of Copper relief art was popular in the 1950's and 1960's usually done in various styles and images. This particular one even though it is Asian in theme would have been hand made in Canada or the USA.

The condition is excellent with a nice clear image with no rips or tears or dents of any kind. The frame is in excellent condition as well with no cracks or breaks and is intact all the way around. The black back ground is as well good and intact there are however some minor scuff marks and this would have been from handling. It makes for an excellent display piece that still has relevance and character today. Let this Confucius Philosopher in his reflective pose watch over you your home and love ones. He would be a welcome in any Feng shui inspired home or office.
