All items have been tested prior to shipment. Every cartridge is checked to make sure it can save and is cleaned (if needed). Some items may have replacement cartridge shells or labels that look different if it was refurbished/repaired.

If there is an issue with an item we will offer to replace it free of charge and the defective item does not need to be returned. Refunds are also offered but replacements are preferred if stock is available.

All items shown are in stock and ready to ship. Shipping is done once per week on Mondays. The order cut off time for Monday shipments is 11pm EST on Sunday.

Once an item is shipped delivery takes about 3-6 business days within the US, 4-7 business days to Canada, and 7-20 business days to international destinations.

All orders are sent securely and well protected in a padded bubble mailer and each item comes in a hard plastic case.

Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games are region free and compatible in all original hardware including: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Super Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, GBA SP, DS and the Game Boy Player for Game Cube. Most games should also work in third party systems such as the Retron 5 and Analogue Pocket (but this is not guaranteed).

The DS English translated and enhanced games are region free and compatible in the original DS and DS Lite systems only. They are not compatible in the 3DS, 2DS or DSi systems.
