Forever One is the first Moissanite marketed to the public. They held a patent for it for a long
time so they got more famous than others, so they charge a premium for it. Their marketing is
much much stronger and supposedly they are the market leaders.
Other Moissanite started appearing only recently and lately are of the same quality. As
professionals we can tell you that today’s generic Moissanite are as good as Forever One
Moissanites but the decision as to which one to choose is completely up to you.

Lab created diamonds are technically exactly the same as natural diamonds. The chemical
compound of lab created diamonds is completely identical to the chemical compound of natural
diamonds. The only difference between the two is that natural diamonds are mined from the
earth and lab created diamonds are created by men in lab conditions, by mimicking natural
processes.
Recently we have been witnessing a surge in interest in lab created diamonds as people started
to understand that they can get the same value for a significantly lower price. At ZoomJewel
we offer both lab created diamonds and 100% conflict free natural diamonds.

At ZoomJewel we absolutely love working on custom and personalized orders! We have an
experience with hundreds of customers, both from Etsy and from our local jewelry store, for
whom we designed and created custom pieces.
The process of creating a custom piece for a customer is very simple on one hand and very
professional on the other hand. First we discuss with the customer every aspect of the custom
piece. Once we understand the expectations and the budget constraints, we create a 3d sketch
for the customer to approve. Once the sketch is approved we continue to the production of the
piece. We then send a photo of the piece to the customer and upon approval we ship the piece.

ZoomJewel offers a payment plan of up to 5 equal payments. Once the customer requests
a payment plan we created up to 5 listings, each representing a single payment for the piece. We
start working on the piece once 50% is paid, and ship the piece once it was fully paid. No
cancellations are accepted after productions was started.

Any alteration of the original listing, including an engraving, a change in the size of the center
stone and any other change to the original listing would be considered as a custom personalised
order, and therefor it would not be refundable.
