The markings on the garment are due to the process the garment undergoes in order to have the ink transfer onto the garment. The markings should fade away after washing the items.

These are the most common reasons why your order has not shipped or has been delayed:

-Added text was not purchased.

Added text to a garment is an upgrade to your order it is NOT automatically updated. You can find the added text upgrade listing on the upgrade tab of my Etsy page. The added text is not the personalization for the order. Personalization is for vinyl designs only .

- Invalid Address.

We will not process any orders with an invalid address due to the high probability of it being returned to the sender. Please double-check the address before checking out.

- Ordering a garment with a design that has dark colors.

- Rush order processing:

This allows for your order to be processed and shipped the same day your order was placed. Please note that it does NOT upgrade your shipping to priority mail or express. Item will be sent First Class which takes 1-6 business days for delivery.

- Priority Mail:

Estimated delivery is 2-3 days.

- Priority Mail Express:

Estimated Delivery is 1-2 Days.

In order to upgrade your shipping, you must message me in order to be able to send you the correct link for the upgrade.

All of our items are unisex with the exception of the women racerbacks. Please keep in mind that with a unisex fit the torso and the sleeves are longer than in a women cut shirt. Also, depending on how you like the fit will depend on what size you would like to order. We do offer chart sizes for each of our garments in each listing.

Yes we can do an extended size on a Vinyl design only; however, we are unable to do it with a design that is done through DTG.

Please note the color of the design/garment may vary. Color varies as every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. Actual product color may vary from the images shown.

For the designs done with DTG the white font may be more translucent and show more the color of the garment.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns due to the following reasons:

Our items are made to order. The chance of someone ordering the exact same size, color garment, and
