Shipping:
Our products are dispatched from three different warehouses located in Hong Kong, California, and the Czech Republic. Your order will be shipped from one of these three warehouses, and in the event of low stock, the product will be dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse. Orders shipped from the Hong Kong warehouse will take 7-20 days to be delivered, while orders shipped from the California and Czech Republic warehouses will only take 5-8 days.

1. Do you also sell the template as a digital file?
We cannot sell templates as digital files for the time being, nor can we provide layouts and frames separately.
2. Is it possible for me to ship my devices over to you and pay you to grid it?
We are sorry that due to many customs issues with international transportation of electronic equipment, we are temporarily unable to provide you with customized services for your own equipment.
3. Are your products made from original mobile phone parts?
The products we sell include all the original parts of the mobile phone.
4. Is the battery in the frame safe to be there?
We are using fake batteries, just a model, there will be no danger of explosion or expansion.
5. Do you have plans to do other iPhone models?
We are designing other models of iPhone, also other classic phone models, apple watch, game console.
6. What are the measurements?
Currently, our products are available in two sizes, the rectangular frame is 11.7 x 16.5 in, and the square frame is 13 x 13 x 1.8 in.
7. What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If the product has a fabrication problem, you can return or exchange it only if it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
