● Lovely cactus poster from 1954, depicting the lovely Rebutia Chrysacantha with it's bright red flowers. This species is found mostly in south America, native from Bolivia and Argentina. They are usually small colorful cacti, globular in form, which freely produce flowers that are relatively large in relation to the body. This cactus poster is from an out-of-print 1954 French Swiss book "Cactus". Original watercolors by the hand of Pia Roshardt. This French vintage plant illustration would make a perfect botanical wall hanging. A great gift for a cactus lover or a botanist !

● 𝗦𝗜𝗭𝗘 : Image approx. 14.3 x 17.8 cm (5.5" x 7"), page approx. 29 x 19 cm (7 1/4" x 11 1/4"), margins included.

● 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 :You will receive an authentic book page from 1954 that comes from a damaged volume. The paper is slightly yellowed.

● The print itself is glued onto the book page along its left edge, making a flap (the actual print is delineated in the second picture). The underlying page is made of thick white art paper and can serve as a mat. The back is printed as this is a book page.

● 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 : My prints ship in a cellophane bag and a cardboard reinforced envelope. Mat and frame are NOT included.
