Although Rubiel Mosquera stands out for his exceptionally muscular neck, he somehow could not keep up his reputation as an established Bodybuilder. Despite achieving several accolades on stage, he failed to get the appreciation of the fitness community.

He was seen standing on the stage flexing his enormously huge physique, especially his massive arms. However, something was off about his upper body and lower body proportions. And even his hamstrings seemed to be under-conditioned.
