Solenoid is used but has been cleaned very well and works as if it was brand new Please see the last picture as that is what this item is going for brand new and most likely the price you’ll pay going to a locksmith or buying one brand new This item has been “bench tested” multiple times before listing with a command access field tester at 22,24,and 26V DC and a lock masters power supply at 24V DC This item will be tested also before shipment to verify everything is in proper working order I do not accept returns or offer refunds on electronic/electrified hardware-parts if something magically becomes faulty I will do my best to help but I will not offer a refund or replacement
