Really small as shown, works fine. The micro sd card was very hard to insert the first few times due to the plastic insert being too tight and you may wish to remove the lanyars as I couldn't insert the card with it attached because it pushed the card an an angle. Overall great price and one of the smallest adapters I've seen.
