Seller accepts ZERO accountability for their items! Makes claims about item's condition, such as: "checked out by our medical people" and "tested good".. and then when told his item isnt in usable condition, he plays word games and lies and dodges to avoid having to do something about it. Item arrived in a FILTHY box that had mouse droppings all over the inside which were clearly present BEFORE the item was put inside. Seller also has NO authorization to broker medical equipment. Total fraud.

We gave this customer a full refund despite nothing being misrepresented, because that is how we operate. What was said in not truthful, and I'll leave it at that. Its sad that this happens from time to time here, but it is just a reflection of people. Sorry anyone had to see this ugliness. Rest assured, thousands of happy customers over 25 years disagree..

It is very unpleasant for me to leave a negative feedback, but I tried to solve this issue with seller in a positive way. I encountered an attitude of dishonesty and lack of integrity of recognizing a mistake. He advertised a part, which I misunderstood when I read the description section, it described a bag of ten of the rollers that I need, but he claimed sells only 1. When I received the parts, I received only ONE and even WORST, the roller was used one and sent in a dirty plastic bag.

Folks-look at the listing. It was for one roller, not ten - there is nowhere in the listing that describes 10. Buyer found a bag in a picture that was used to plainly show this was from the manufacturer and new. So, the buyer made a mistake.....and that happens, and the buyer even admits the mistake in this feedback, and yet feels the need to unfairly cite us for it, we offered many options including taking it back. We are not unfair or dishonest. We've been selling here for over 25 years now...
