Purchased collar but received an item different from what was advertised. I also opened packaged before realizing it was wrong item. I contacted the seller and explained what happened, sent pictures and seller insisted that I was providing false information. Seller also said they were contacting the police saying I was stealing from eBay. I have never had an experience like this before through eBay. Thankfully Ebay was there to support me.

I have all your messages.... going from it doesn't work to it does work but it's not wireless.... to I threw the packaging away to I found it days later... to sending back a very used item that you sent me other than the one I sent you. Nice way to defraud EBAY.
