Got joycons and one had a swollen battery and didn't work. Seller didn't say they worked or didn't work in the listing. I'd assume not working if it doesn't say from this seller. Was the cheapest on ebay at the time though and not worth spending time returning but is a bummer. Said out for delivery twice a few days apart by USPS and didn't arrive but did on the third time. Not leaving a negative to hurt the sellers rep but I recognized the bulging controller immediately after opening the package

The Most Addicting Game Ever.
This game with 3 expansions was priced very well. There is one more expansion recently released but I am in no hurry. There is so much to do with what is included with these 3 expansions there is no need to rush for the 4th. I played this 4 years ago when it was first released and didn't come close to experiencing the entire original game with no expansions. This is my new drug, as anti-social as I may become, I will not go back to anything else. I will still visit friends and go to work, but I will not frequent the bars like I used to. This keeps me off the streets and out of trouble. Works very well on PC. If you want to use a controller, Logitech Dual Action works just the same as PS2 controller does. You do have to setup the game to use gamepad. It does not auto-detect a controller. ... This game with 3 expansions was priced very well. The system just to play the game is horrible. I couldn't figure out how to get started, even after reading the FAQs. I managed to get everything registered which took a little while. When I tried to enter playonline (the horrible system) with the id and password playonline gave me, it said the password and id were wrong. I attempted to email them for help, but they only work business days. The game itself was good when I played 3+ years ago. A great PC game!
I had never played Final Fantasy until a couple of years ago and I am saddened that I had missed out on it until then! I owned a Super Nintendo when I was little but always played the Mario games and never tried these. I highly recommend you play it and own it but I will warn you it's very addicting!
