    Easy, worthwhile upgrade

    Breathed new life into a >10-year-old HP ProDesk G1 SFF PC. Its original i3-4130 was fine for light-duty tasks, but once I started playing with VirtualBox, encoding video, etc., that CPU's age was really starting to show. Thankfully, upgrading to this i7-4770S was the solution, and even allowed me to stick with the factory heatsink and fan.

    Great CPU

    Don't let the low base clock fool you, still hits 4.0 turbo boost and uses lower voltage than a standard 4770!
