Fast shipping.. when it came, it had everything including the batteries, instruction manual, and even the original box… except it was missing a back battery cover. The seller was kind enough to offer a full refund if sent back in its entirety or accept a partial $5 refund as is. Didn’t want to have to return it as it was too much of a hassle having to look for another controller, so I accepted the latter. I ordered the back battery cover elsewhere for $6 and some change.

The box was fully factory sealed and brand new when sent. The issue described was a factory issue. I offered what the buyer described out of courtesy.
