Gorgeous print quality.
Beautiful quality. Better to have powder toners for laser printers instead of liquid inkjet printers that get clogged up. Haven't been able to connect it to our WiFi. Maybe I need to contact our WiFi provider. Print quality is far superior to inkjet printers. This is strictly a printer and not a copier/scanner/printer.

4+ Hours to Set Up!
Yesterday, I spent 1 hr trying to set up the printer on my Windows 7 laptop using the cd supplied with the printer. I could not get the laptop to recognize the printer. I found Samsung technical help by calling the 800 number for warranty info shown in the enclosed warranty booklet and asking for tech support. (Actually the help people are HP or do it for both Samsung and HP) I then spent over 3 hrs on the telephone with Luis trying to get the printer to work. He took over control of the laptop and deleted the printer and reloaded it a number of times and downloaded new set up software, did something to my wireless router, etc. Finally, he got it to print once then it would not print again requiring further manipulation. I am keeping my fingers crossed all the problems are behind me!

It's a real pain to go between envelopes and paper sheets. the size adjustment is poor and sticks. Go for the next level model for a few extra bucks.
