By Emilie de Ravin and her husband Joshua Janowicz are getting a divorce.
The couple have separated for a second time, according to legal documents filed by Janowicz at Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday (July 10).
"Emilie and her husband have filed for divorce," said her spokesperson Jeff Raymond in a brief statement. "They have recently been living separately and remain friends."
The couple married back in 2006, but de Ravin filed for divorce just six months later. Janowicz was never served with legal papers until June 2009.
However, the pair rekindled their relationship in October 2009.
Janowicz is said to have cited irreconcilable differences in the divorce papers, stating that they split up back in November.
Former Lost star de Ravin currently appears as Lacey/Belle in ABC's Once Upon a Time.
