The six-episode series, directed by actor and filmmaker Kick Gurry, follows four Australian soldiers sent on a secret mission to a war-torn country.

They are captured by freedom fighters after being mistaken for Americans and produce a hostage video that goes viral.

When the soldiers reach celebrity status, they realise that being caught might just be the best thing that could've happened to them.

Matthew only just returned to television last year with Last Light, more than a decade after Lost ended.
