Ordered by phone, helpful advice, fast and efficient service, product working well, very pleased.

I have used Cartridge People Ink for almost as long as they have been trading and as far as quality goes it seems indistinguishable from HP's own ink. My biggest complain would be against HP who do all within their power to make you use their own product by making it difficult to get the 'foreign' ink to work in your printer and disabling the ability to check the ink levels. The fact that Cartridge People ink has been so much cheaper has made the use of their ink worthwhile. However, for reasons which they have explained the cost has gone up and free delivery stopped so the choice between CP ink and the HP top up service may require a rethink. Another reason to use CP ink is that they provide more ink in their cartridges and so you can print more pages - and delivery is quick and their staff always a joy to work with. I would be very sorry if rising costs spoiled their business model.

Prompt delivery of ink when we need it and at a difficult time.

These cartridges work on my HP printer perfectly. The printer doesn't even warn me of the risks of using a non HP cartridge. The same applies to the coloured cartridges I have used.

After trawling the internet for this ink cartridge which is for quite an old photo printer, I was looking for the Companies I had heard off before, In the end I found exactly the Ink I was looking for with Cartridge people, I was wary of using a company I hadn't heard of.... But I'm now over the moon ordering, payment & delivery was all superb, best of all the Ink is working a treat, we are now printing beautiful pictures of my new Grandson... Thank you

Unable to buy an own brand ink cartridge for my old HP printer I tried the Cartridge People. I couldn't be happier. As well as being cheaper they work just as well.

Worked straight away no issues

It's the first time, we've used non HP cartridges, but since our model went out of production, we tried a Cartridge People cartridge and all seems to be working okay.
