Lunaria rediviva

A perennial Honesty grown both for its flowers and seedheads. The pale purple flowers are held on 70cm tall stems from May to June, are loved by bees and butterflies and are scented. They are followed by papery, silver, translucent seedpods which provides a very decorative element all the way through the winter.

This beautiful perennial would be great for growing in a fertile, moist soil in shady or partial shady garden.
