Subject to stock availability orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next working day. Orders placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. A signature is required on delivery.
Deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland may be subject to extended delivery timescales. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Box addresses.
We understand that from time-to-time mistakes are made and as such we pride ourselves on a no fuss returns procedure.
Should an item be damaged in transit or an incorrect item received this must be reported to our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving the delivery. Contact details for our customer service team can be found below.
Should you change your mind about purchasing an item and you wish to return it, you must notify our Customer Service team of your decision with 7 working days of receipt of your goods. The item must be: sealed, un-used or damaged in anyway and be in a re-saleable condition.
