Good location, close to a metro station. Room was clean and amenities were good. Comfortable bed, mini kitchen with basic utensils, great for a short-stay.

Clean room with small kitchenette. Toilet, sink and shower in-room. Bed/pillow is comfortable and long/wide enough for 6'2" (187cm) male with wide shoulders. Friendly staff. Outside area is gated 24/7 for security. Close to two different metro lines. 20 min walk to Notre Dame. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Price is on the edge of reasonable as it has a tiny kitchenette (stovetop, sink, pots tableware, venting.) I would go again if I couldn't find anything cheaper (as I don't use kitchenettes while on vacation.) If you are there on business for an extended stay (5+ days) and all you want is a place to hang your hat and a tiny desk ... I would say it's perfect. Reception open until midnight.

location is great, close to metro. and from the Gare de l'Est it's a 20-25 min walk. the courtyard looks very dreamy! the room was the perfect size, room with kitchenette and a sofabed and another separate room with 2 single beds. the rooms were clean, especially the bathroom (it's rather small but enough). we had coffee pads to use in the first morning, which was super nice (thanks!). staff was nice and welcoming 😊 both tv's were working. the kitchenette has plates, glasses, cutlery. coffee machine and water boiler. can't remember if there was a fridge because we didn't need it. there are towels for all persons and extra blankets. heating works very well in both rooms! 💕

This little out-of-the-way gem took the edge of an otherwise stressful few days. In a courtyard off a quiet street, these bright, big-for-Paris rooms were just what we needed after our last shabby hotel gave us the wrong room. We loved the location far from the madding crowd, in a neighborhood where Parisians live versus the usual crush of fellow tourists. The staff is helpful, the rooms we had were newly remodeled and had good workmanship, and the price for Paris is exceptional. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our needs and the bathrooms were small but adequate, and everything worked. I’m definitely staying here on my next trip!
