nhance your business with power-over-Ethernet (PoE) devices, such as IP security cameras, access points, VoIP phones, and more, with the JetStream TL-SL2428P V4 24-Port 10/100 Mb + 4-Port Gigabit PoE+ Compliant Managed Network Switch from TP-Link. Its twenty-four 10/100 Mb/s ports are PoE+ compliant with a total power budget of 250W, allowing you to operate a variety of compatible devices and configure a comprehensive surveillance system. The JetStream TL-SL2428P V4 also includes four Gigabit Ethernet ports for provide high-speed connections to computers and other non-PoE devices in addition to four Gigabit RJ45/SFP combo ports for uplink connections. With a 12.8 Gb/s switching capacity, 9.5 Mpps forwarding rate, and abundant layer 2 features, this switch is designed to provide smooth data transfer, voice, and streaming video performance. The JetStream TL-SL2428P V4 may be configured and managed using either a web-based or command line interface.
Advanced QoS Features
Administrators can designate the priority of the traffic based on a variety of means including Port Priority, 802.1P Priority, and DSCP Priority, to ensure that voice and video are always clear, smooth, and jitter-free. In conjunction with the Voice VLAN the switch supports, the voice applications will operate with much smoother performance.
Storm Control
The Storm Control feature protects against broadcast, multicast, and unknown unicast Storm.
Abundant Layer 2 Features
The Jetstream TL-SL2428P V4 supports a complete lineup of layer 2 features, including 802.1Q tag VLAN, port isolation, port mirroring, STP/RSTP/MSTP, link aggregation grouping, and 802.3x flow control. Advanced network maintenance features include loop back detection, cable diagnostics, and IGMP snooping. IGMP snooping ensures the switch intelligently forwards the multicast stream to only appropriate subscribers while IGMP throttling and filtering restrict each subscriber on a port level to prevent unauthorized multicast access.
Enterprise Level Management
The Jetstream TL-SL2428P V4 network switch supports various user-friendly standard management features, such as ab intuitive web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) or standard Command Line Interface (CLI). SNMP v1/2/3 and RMON support enable the switch to be polled for valuable status information and send traps on abnormal events.
