A decent tablet; keyboard is a good feature
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tablet to replace an ASUS Memopad that got broken. I find this tablet satisfactory, although not a full 5-star worth. The keyboard is a very nice feature, and is really what gave this tablet 4 stars. This tablet is more bare-bones than the Memopad, as it had much fewer pre-installed apps. This is actually nice as it reduces clutter, and your tablet is not filled with tons of apps you would never use. The one big issue I had was with the Sound Recorder. This is a feature I use extensively with this tablet, but it seems to work differently than what I am used to. I ended up losing several recordings either because I deleted them unknowingly, or stopped the recording by closing the tablet while it was still attached to the keyboard. I see I still have to learn how to properly utilize the tablet and keyboard together to get my best functionality out of it, but I am satisfied with this product.

Everything forecloses. You cannot even operate the tablet with it crashing. Every app. They need to update these to fix this problem. I have read every article or post about these tablets and Best Buy will not update. Insignia will not update to fix these trash tablets.

- A:Answer I answered this yesterday with a guess based on performance. Today I was looking at settings and under "Memory" is reads, "0.90GB used of 0.93GB." This now suggests to me that it's 1GB of RAM, though it certainly seems quick enough for my needs.
