Tali Wiru, meaning 'beautiful dune' in local Pitjantjatjara language, encapsulates the magic of fine dining under the Southern Desert sky.

Before the glowing silhouettes of Uluru and Kata Tjuta are revealed at dawn, a bespoke Indigenous artwork is brought to life on the desert landscape with laser and light projection technology.
