    I had a new fan installed almost two years ago. I've been living with just one speed for nearly all that time. I finally called an electrician out and he said well... out might be... so In ordered the part he suggested and VIOLA it works - I get all 3 speeds. Ahhh, what a relief.

    My fan stopped working and it turned out to be the capacitor. I looked up the capacitor with the numbers from the capacitor that failed. My fan now works like new again, price was fantastic. If you are DIYer, you can change this easily. All you need is wire cutters, heat shrink tubes and soldering kit. Easy peasy!
