Description said Used, good I don't think this is good condition, a broken hinge can cause huge issues! No stylus either. Nor was there an anti dust "cartridge" that would have come with the console (not sure if this version had one though so that's not really a big deal). However the broken hinge can cause wires to come loose or even sever wires that aren't already loose. I might be able to fix it if the battery can hold a charge, but I didn't expect to need to fix it as the condition was supposed to be good.

The listing said used - acceptable. Didn't say the hinge was broken. It did not come with original charger. It does turn on. It did not come with Nintendogs as advertised. It would be acceptable if the hinge wasn't broken.

When I opened it and get the console out, the axis is broken. Please see the pictures and let the pictures tell you what kind of product this seller is selling. Then, I understand why the double-sealed stickers were attached thereto.
When I tried to refund, I have been told that cannot work.
US$200 is not a big deal for me, but please note this and have a basic understanding what kind of this seller is, then make your judgement call.

I brought this one this March, and my friend brought this back to me this May. When I opened the box, I spotted double-sealed stickers, that may likely imply that the box had been opened and re-sealed.
