Look for a different brand of under sink hot water heater. This one is trash!
I was first introduced to this brand back in 2016 when we remodeled our kitchen. Everything seemed okay for a while, then the hot water tank failed in 2018 and flooded the cabinet under the sink after about 2 years. The hot water tank sits suspended over a 3 gallon plastic container with a rigid metal screen underneath it so water can bleed through it into the plastic container in the case of a product failure. The company did replace the unit under their factory warranty and the replacement unit failed again in May of 2022 flooding my cabinets again. There are numerous complaints about the same thing happening to other customers. The company refused to replace the unit again under the product warranty which expired about six months ago. I wouldn't buy another one of these units again if my life depended on it. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand of instant hot water tank with a better performing track record.

This is a replacement of the exact same hot water heater that was installed 10 years ago and quit suddenly. I could not find it locally. Amazon, of course, had it and it arrived in 2 days.
