The bottom line is that this game is a gem and most people will never know...tragic.
This title just felt rushed. There were a lot of broken elements in this game; controls, scenery, physics, even the two endings. If this had more development time, Alone in the Dark, could've been fantastic. Unfortunately that's not the case, which is awful. No one likes to see a game with so much potential fall so short.
Thanks a lot.
The challenge in this game is almost non existent. Guns are not necessary and your most useful weapon is a health spray can and lighter. Controls are sluggish and graphics feel like a ps2.
That being said, I really like how the story was presented. It was able to overlook all the flaws as it kept me interested as to what will happen next. I also like the fact that every time you load your game, it shows a background summary of the what happen in the previous chapters. Really cool and I wish every game have that feature.
Overall for around 10 bucks it is pretty reasonable. I have watched movies worse than this game for more money.
