Michel Boujenah was born in Tunis, Tunisia.  It's only at the age of 11 that his family emigrates to France.  At the age of 15, he discovers his talent for storytelling during a school project.

He writes and produces all of his one-man shows.  Is first show, in 1980, had great success and made a name for himself all over France.  It's in 2003 that he writes and directs his first screenplay "Père et Fils" starring Philippe Noiret.

Michel Boujenah is a known name in Quebec.  He's played in Just for Laughs Festivals and Grand Rire in Quebec City as well.

He will be at the Olympia in Montreal to present his latest one-man show, Ma Vie Rêvée, in May 2016.
