BRENNER, Alfred Burrell
Born February 27, 1919. Passed away suddenly in West Vancouver on October 10, 2017. Survived by his son Rick (Gale), grandchildren Michael (Gris), Christine and Megan, great-grandchildren Sophie and Lily, nieces Wendy (Rhonda) and Heather. Predeceased by his first wife Margaret who passed away in 1970 and second wife Jean who passed away in 2013. Also predeceased by his son Don (Robin) and granddaughter Erin. He Is also survived by three step daughters Kathryn (Grant), Louise (Jim) and Judy, grandchildren Amy, Douglas, Heather, Ann, Blair and Lianne, and their great- grandchildren. He was a good father and loving husband. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Amica for their loving care. A celebration of life will be held at Hollyburn Country Club, 950 Crosscreek Rd. West Vancouver, Tuesday, February 27 at 2:00 p.m. Donations can be made to the Food Bank or the charity of your choice.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.
Tree Planting Timeline
Orders placed in:
January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
