It was a really inspiring, productive day on Wednesday with different Vistage UK groups, listening to Dr John Blakey talk about trust in organisations. I love a good QUIZ, and we looked at our own ability, integrity and benevolence. John is passionate about showing leaders that they CAN be open, honest and KIND in business and that it is actually the future of great, successful leadership. I really enjoyed it and appreciated the book thank you 🤓 📕 😊 It was really motivating to talk to so many incredible business owners and execs in the same room, always looking for new ideas and to keep learning from others. What a week we had last week at Funnel Creation Workshop! This is one of our favourite events as the whole AR Team is involved, coaching on their specialty and guiding agents through the funnel build 🛠️ We also enjoyed a lovely drinks reception canal side one evening, as the sun set, followed by dinner - perfect for networking with others One of our biggest obstacles in the room was to make videos, it was fantastic to see so many agents face this fear and record their first videos at the event Huge thanks to the agents who joined us last week to embrace building a marketing machine for their business - we can't wait to see your results! 📈
