Interestingly, when the actor does not have weights to work out with, he experiments with anything he finds around him and starts training. For instance, he strength trains with large buckets filled with bricks. He also does the tree pose and makes time for pushups.

For Stephen, recovery is essential. Reportedly, he makes sure to get 7-9 hours of sleep and takes a leisurely walk in his backyard.
