Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi 13C series, including the Redmi 13C and Redmi 13C 5G, in India. The company confirmed that the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G will launch in India in January 2024. The Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ were launched in China in September. Both models are expected to be released in India next month. Redmi Note 13 Pro, Redmi Note 13 Pro+: What to expect
The Redmi Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+ boast a stunning 6.67-inch OLED display with a sharp 2712 x 1220 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
The display offers up to 1800 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, 12-bit colour depth, and 1920 high-frequency PWM dimming. Additionally, the display has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
Under the hood, the Note 13 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 4nm Mobile Platform clocked at up to 2.4GHz, coupled with an Adreno 710 GPU. Meanwhile, the MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra 4nm processor, clocked at up to 2.8GHz and coupled with Mali-G610 MC4 GPU, powers the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. The Note 13 Pro offers options of 8GB or 12GB LPDDR4X RAM paired with 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, while the Pro+ version comes with 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB or 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ come with a 200MP rear camera housing a 1/1.4-inch Samsung HP3 sensor with OIS, an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens using a Sony IMX355 sensor, and a 2MP macro camera with an Omnivision OV02B10 sensor. A 16MP selfie shooter (Omnivision OV16A1Q sensor) on the front ensures sharp and detailed selfies.
Both devices offer an in-display fingerprint sensor, an infrared sensor, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, and dual SIM support. The Note 13 Pro includes a 3.5mm audio jack. The Pro+ variant boasts IP68 dust and water resistance compared to the IP54 rating in the Pro model.
The Note 13 Pro packs a 5100mAh battery with 67W fast charging, whereas the Pro+ offers a slightly smaller 5000mAh battery but compensates with 120W fast charging.
Connectivity options cover 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C, and NFC.
In terms of dimensions, the Note 13 Pro measures 161.15×74.24×7.98mm and weighs 187g, while the Pro+ comes in at 161.4×74.2×8.9mm, weighing 204.5g.
