Unused Graphics

A Konami Computer Entertainment Kobe logo can be found starting from offset 0x106262 in the American data, 0x107A9A in the Japanese data and 0x115B4A in the European data. It is also loaded in the Konami logo VRAM data, but never actually displayed. Its palette data is the same as the Konami logo.

GAME MODE SELECT

Code 02000240:03 will enable an elaborate debug menu granting the ability to warp to any area in the game, and test character matches. There is also a secret kart racing mode! ROM text for the debug menu can be found at 0x010A467. None of the menus are selectable, although MINIGAME has been programmed. To access MINIGAME, use the code 02000270:07.
