In my youth, this was the first ever RTS game I ever played. To my young mind, it was a TON of fun. I would spend HOURS pumping out units to overwhelm the guy I was supposed to fight, then steamroll them in about 5 minutes.

NOW?

Ehhh... it doesn't hold that same magic anymore. I guess that's what happens when you age. Things you ADORED in your childhood just don't feel the same.

I snagged it up purely for the nostalgia. That's it; and that is the ONLY reason why I'm even recommending it.

Fun little campaign, sadly the RTS side of it if you are playing against the bots is kinda meh but it's fun storyline.

Love this game and played it heaps many years ago. It's a surprisingly unique although simple RTS where even your dead troops can be salvaged for scrap. Unfortunately it doesn't work well nowadays as Borderless Windowed and higher resolutions have become standard. Though it runs perfectly well regardless.
