It's lords of the realm 2 It mostly works on win10\11 still natively there are no changes. If you never played LOTR II you really need to, so I give this a Recomend, its one of the best games ever made.

But.................. the publisher of this steam version forgot to include the DOS version of the game which also came on the windows version of the games disc.

So if your used to playing the DOS Version in the past you won't be able to here, and there was no reason at all for them not to include all the original disc's files. There are slight diff's between the DOS and WIndows versions of the game with how the ai behaves.

So again be aware that They DID NOT INCLUDE THE DOS VERSION OF LOTR II with this "re-release" and if you still have your discs just use those or buy this just to have backup of the windows version that you don't have to deal with getting around the 16-bit installer to install on modern windows.

Lack of native support for windowed mode is a drag.

I bought this game just to have it for old time's sake. It is nostalgic Windows 98, one of the first games that I had on CD. I think an aunt bought it for me for Christmas. I dunno, I have never won, I have never cared, I have only played and pissed off my people.
