Featuring distinctive bronze sculptures and oil paintings, this comprehensive exhibition also includes drawings and works in plaster never before seen in the United States. “Giacometti” aims to provide a deeper understanding of this artist, whose intensive focus on the human condition continues to provoke and inspire new generations. The exhibition, a collaboration with the Fondation Giacometti in Paris, is on view at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum June 8–September 12, 2018.
