An inspiring and charismatic woman has left us today, at the fantastic age of 103!

Rita Levi Montalcini, Italian Nobel prize-winning neurologist lived during fascism and became one of the most respected figures in Italy. 

She has been an amazing example and role model for many people.

“I can’t hear and see so well anymore. At conferences I don’t see the slides, but I think more now than when I was 20 years old. The body can do whatever it wants. I’m not my body, I’m my mind“.

This is one of my favourite interview from last year, at the age of 102! What’s an amazing, determinated and passionate woman!
