The festival annually welcomes more than 60,000 visitors; who enjoy an extensive musical lineup, as well as films, theatre, stand-up comedy, visual arts, literature and more. The festival also offers a wide variety of restaurants and food vendors, market stalls, a barbershop and much more.

Each year, the festival welcomes more than 250 artists ranging from local and up and coming talent to headlining acts who perform across 12 different stages. This year’s lineup features popular headlining acts Tame Impala, twenty one pilots, A$AP Rocky, New Order, The National, Billie Eilish and James Blake. Other popular acts include Helena Hauff, Loyle Carner, Franz Ferdinand, Jorja Smith, Paul Kalkbrenner and many more.
Lowlands Festival takes place at Evenemententerrein Walibi Holland in Biddinghuizen, Netherlands. You can find the event at Spijkweg 30, 8256 RJ Biddingjuizen, Netherlands.
The nearest major airport is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, located only an hour away from Biddingjuizen. The easiest way to travel to the festival is via public transport. You can take the train to Lelystad train station, where a free shuttle bus will bring you to the festival grounds with a travel time of around 20 minutes. Coach services are also available and depart from more than 500 locations throughout the Netherlands.
You can book a travel package through the festival and it’s many event travel partners. The festival is also easily accessible by car. You can navigate to Bijsselseweg 31, Biddingjuizen and follow the signs towards Lowlands. Parking is available on site and presale parking tickets are available for15 euros. You can also purchase a parking ticket on site for 25 euros (debit card only). Complimentary bicycle parking is also available at the official bicycle parking area.
Lowlands Festival offers an official campsite for visitors. Access to the camping site is included in every Lowlands ticket and the campgrounds are fully equipped with hot showers, free drinking water taps, real fishing toilets and more. You can bring your own tent and camping supplies or upgrade to Gllampcamp, where pre-setup tents and electricity is provided. A range of luxurious accommodation options such as tipis and flexotels are available to rent.
You can also rent a number of camping luxuries such as a refrigerator, bean bags and more. You can also bring your own RV, trailer or tent trailer. Additional camper camping tickets must be purchased for 89 euros per vehicle without electricity connection or 169 euros per vehicle with electric connection included.
There are also a number of nearby accommodation options. The nearest hotel is Walibi Village, located just a short drive from the venue. Airbnb options are also available within the vicinity of the event. You can explore all the nearby accommodation options below.
Located in the region of Flevoland, Biddinghuizen features a number of things to see and do. The most popular attraction is Walibi Holland, an amusement park with themed rides, family-friendly events and water attractions.
Nearby, you can also find Flevonice, a sport and fun park offering a range of water sports throughout the summer, such as wake-boarding, water obstacle courses, stand up paddle boarding and more. In the winter, the park transforms into a winter wonderland with a traditional ice skating experience including the world’s longest ice rink!
