David Spade is quarantining alone in his ‘mansion’ but still sees his gal pal

“SNL” alum David Spade is quarantining by himself but is still spending time with his mystery girlfriend.

“I’m dating someone now,” he told Page Six, explaining that his squeeze is the only person he sees outside of his Los Angeles “mansion.” “It’s actually not a bad deal right now because it’s quarantino. I’m trying.”

And Spade joked that he wanted it stressed that he does reside in a mansion.

“Please let everyone know,” he asked. “It’s whatever it is. It’s a little dated. I think my house is somewhere Zsa Zsa Gabor would live. It’s from like the ’70s which I think is cool but it’s starting to look a little rough around the edges. I have to be careful with my Zoom calls, I have to be very strategic. Make sure it looks cool.”

The 55-year-old comic has a hit movie on Netflix right now called “The Wrong Missy” about a nightmare blind date whom he mistakenly brings to a work retreat — and the romcom reminds him of some of his own dates from hell.

“I’ve had girls scoot out on me for sure,” he confessed. “Like they go to the bathroom and I go, ‘Hey like it’s been 10, 20 minutes, are you good?’ ‘Yeah I’m on the 405.’ ‘Oh that’s a freeway …’

“It’s rare but it’s definitely happened. It’s definitely a little bit of a crusher to the ego. I think the etiquette is to ride out no matter what … It’s basic manners.”

The “Tommy Boy” star has been linked to a bevy of beauties over the years, including Heather Locklear, Lara Flynn Boyle, Julie Bowen, Teri Hatcher and Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace, with whom he  shares an 11-year-old daughter named Harper. His relationships resulted in E! News once dubbing him “a bachelor-era George Clooney of the comedy world.”

“I get it,” he concedes, “But I think it was more played up because I didn’t seem like this guy that goes out with girls at all so if there’s one or two pretty ones it’s so astounding, everyone freaks out and you write an article, ‘Oh a pretty girl went out with this guy!’

“They do articles like gross guys and pretty girls in Hollywood. Listen, I just saw myself in ‘The Wrong Missy’ and went, ‘Oof I am no prize, Jesus.’ So I’ve got to call Kylie Jenner and get all her people and really fix me up.”
