Determined according to the botanical key provided in The Flora of the Republic of Macedonia (Micevski, 1995).

Distribution: Native from Italy and Central Europe to China and Russia (Irkutsk) according to the distribution information provided by the Plants of the World Online portal.

Habitat: Disturbed ground, alongside roads, waste places, near orchards, gardens and cultivated land.

Lifeform: Perennial; Hemicryptophyte according to the Raunkiær system.

Flowering period: Spring- early summer: MAY, JUN.
