You season 3 is just one of the must-watch releases this week. Here are five shows and movies on Netflix you need to watch from Oct. 11 to 17.

October is filled with excellent content arriving on Netflix. Next week is certainly packed with plenty of shows and movies on Netflix to watch. It can end up being overwhelming to work through the full list.

That’s why we bring you a condensed list. We’re taking a look at the top releases throughout the week, whether you want a new Netflix original or you’re looking for a movie from the recent past. Admittedly, the list was difficult to make this week.

5 must-watch shows and movies on Netflix this week

This list is in release date order. After all, it’s hard to compare the various genres this week.

The Babysitters Club season 2

Whether you’re a fan of the original books or you want to watch something with your kids, The Babysitters Club season 2 is the first must-watches of the week. This is going to be a quick binge-watch with only eight episodes this season. Mallory and Jessie are now official members of the BSC, and it’s time to see more of the highs and lows of the tweens running their business.

Watch all episodes on Monday, Oct. 11.

Another Life season 2

There are plenty of questions left over from the first season of Another Life. It’s time to get some of the answers. The group learned that the Achaia are planning on destroying or enslaving the entire human race. Only the Salvare crew knows this right now, but will anyone believe them when they share the truth. It’s a race against time to save Earth.

Watch all episodes on Thursday, Oct. 14.

You season 3

Joe and Love are having a baby. That’s a dangerous situation for both the baby and the world. It doesn’t help that Joe also has a new obsession in the form of his new neighbor. What will happen in the Quinn-Goldberg house? That’s something to find out with the all-new season.

Watch the season on Friday, Oct. 15.

The Trip

As we get closer to Halloween, there’s a chance you’re looking for horror or thrillers when it comes to shows and movies on Netflix. The Trip is the one for this week. It follows a couple that heads on a getaway, but not to reconnect with each other. Instead, they want to kill each other.

Watch the movie on Friday, Oct. 15.

Victoria and Abdul

For those who don’t want scary shows and movies on Netflix, it’s all about the upcoming weekend. Dame Judi Dench stars as Queen Victoria in Victoria and Abdul. We see a lot of movies and shows that focus on the Queen Victoria’s earlier years of her reign, but what about the end? Toward the end, Victoria formed an unlikely friendship with young prison clerk Abdul Karim, and this movie covers that friendship.

Watch the movie on Saturday, Oct. 16.
