Description: t(11;14)(q13;q32) is a translocation event involving chromosome 11 and 14. In particular, the segment from 11q13 to 11qter replaces the segment from 14q32 to 14qter and vice-versa. This is frequently found in multiple myeloma, chronic lymphoblastic leukemia, B-cell prolymphocytic Leukemia and mantle cell lymphoma.
