I absolutely recommend Dr. Smiley, Edith, Nurse Dennis, and the rest of the team at California Surgical Institute.

I've been a patient of Dr. Smiley for over 10 years, and I have to say he truly is an artist. Even though his office is located in Beverly Hills, he is straight up and is honest about what he can do with you. With that said, he can totally transform you as he did with me. I am so happy with my results even though I'm 10 days post-op because I know from personal experience with Dr. Smiley what to expect. Recently, he removed a large benign mass from my breast, which was a source of great physical and emotional pain for me. Before surgery, he and his wife took the time to talk to my mom. After surgery, he told my mom what happened during surgery and why the case became longer than expected due to the large defect caused by the mass and reconstructive work that needed to be done to restore its appearance. It's healing better than expected and I look forward to seeing the final results.

With that said, I also have to say how happy I am to work with Edith and Nurse Dennis. They both are truly kind individuals and make you feel like you're a part of the family. Easy to communicate with, quick to hear from if you have any questions, full of recommendations, and always professional. I'll always be excited to see these two, and I can't forget about Krystal and Dr. Young as well!

I have been following Dr.Smiley for quite some time now on social media. So it was only right I include his office in my consultation tour for a breast aug !

I was blown away with the cleanliness and attentiveness from his staff. His surgical Asst Krystal made everything extremely comfortable and it felt like talking to a close friend. She also never once felt salesy or as thought she was trying to push me to do something even at all. I hope she will be with me a surgery day !!!

I had my original augmentation here almost 20 years ago! When I decided to have my implants replaced, a lift and a slight reduction to the left side to make it symmetrical, I knew exactly where to go.
Edith, the receptionist and assistant is amazing with being communicative. Dr. Sahar went through all of the steps, recommended procedures and even took extra time to see me the day after my surgery to check on my recovery. So far, everything has been just as amazing as it was during my first procedure, if not better. Now on to healing!

Dr. Smiley has given me my confidence back!! After having my son in 1997 I couldn't seem to change the loose and bulgy skin and I decided to have a mommy makeover in 2021. My husband and I are amazed at how my body transformed for the better and I can finally tuck in my shirts and wear a belt. I actually have abs. Amazing!!

Since then, I decided to replace my saline implants with silicone as of 2023 and I am in love with how beautiful my breast look and feel.

I was so scared to have a surgery I've needed for yrs but I'm glad I found Dr. Smiley and chose him after plenty of research. He has a laid back approach but is very accommodating & passionate about achieving the best results possible. My recovery was very miserable to be honest, but I'm quite happy with the outcome and it will continue to even get better with time also. I did not get to know his nurses very well but I can not compliment his tech Andrea enough. She was there for me always from the moment I walked into the office until now, I can't imagine what I would have done without her. It's 7:30pm now and they are still there working hard and in surgery. I hope not to need another operation in the future but I would definitely trust him again, I know that:)

I have had 2 surgical procedures done by Dr. Smiley. A breast augmentation and breast lift. I went back a second time with him because I like his work. He knows what he's doing. I receive compliments even when I had 14-year-old breast implants. Now with my new breast lift, they are already looking great after one week! I recommend Dr Smiley. I had a consult with Krystal to redo my breast. I was a little nervous about having to do surgery again because it's been so long but I really like Dr Smiley's results on his instagram. I came in and was immediately greeted. The doctor was nice and made me feel confident about choosing him to do my surgery. I was surprised his prices are a lot lower than I thought. Krystal made everything so simple for me. She even told me what to expect with my recovery. I ask a million questions and I felt she answered every single one. I'm so excited to do my surgery next month.

I was really scared to get laser hair removal but a few of my
friends get it done at Dr. Smiley's office and have said to try it for my first time. I can't believe the results after my first session. It's not painful like I thought it was. It was really fast and the nurse was really nice. She explained how it worked and what to expect. I bought a package and will be back every 5 weeks for the next 9 months! Their pricing is competitive too. I had a really good experience here. I'd recommend coming here for laser hair removal.
